"Frustrated working-class man, Damion, hoping to improve life for himself and his long-time girlfriend, joyfully finds out he is the lone relative of a distant uncle that has bequeathed him a property in Maryland.

Damion promises his girlfriend that this inheritance will surely change their lives and despite current financial restrictions, Damion decides to head to Maryland it meets the executor and claim the property, but upon arriving he realizes that the estate is not at all what he was promised.
